The place in the Restaurant area floor was untidy. And also the slices of meat cuts were thin to satisfy. But I enjoyed my meal.

Queued for over half an hour and had to ask for our money back as we had a hospital appointment. Priority seemed to be given to takeaway orders which just made the wait longer. Very very disappointed and staff rude into the bargain

Not happy, order has took nearly 2 hours to be delivered even though I ordered just before lunch time when it's quiet, I tried ringing several times, no answer, won't be ordering again or visiting here, very cross.

It's fine, food was good and the staff working their socks off. However, it was very chaotic and just seemed like the delays in everything. Tough to get hold of a member of staff who were flat out and running everywhere. Just very disjointed and not a pleasant meal out. Next time will probably just go to a pub as it isn't even that cheap anymore

Lovely Cooked Breakfast Buffet!
Hot and plentiful.
Popped in for breakfast after a 3 hour early morning drive. Loved the giant Yorkshire with bacon in. I'd not tried one before but was absolutely lovely!

Was a bit taken back as was requested to sit in the bar for no good reason. There were many tables and chairs available in the restaurant. But the food was good and the bar staff was helpful.

Queued for 15 minutes to get a table only to be told that there were none available unless we'd pre-booked. Just as well, it was only 7 o'clock and judging by the staff conversations they were already running low on meat. Spur of the moment thing, as our normal haunt was closed, even so, the staff were all over the place and didn't seem particularly well organised; the guy at the meet and greet disappeared for 10 minutes and by the time he returned, they were queuing out the door.. Considering this place had been awarded a gold award for 2024, I hate to think what the others must be like.

Good food and atmosphere as I stayed in the Travelodge next door This was my go to for 3 nights always had a table but do suggest you book as it gets busy quick
